The short answer
Arizona's statutory definition includes glass used in the windshield, doors and windows, plus glass, plastic or other material used in a vehicle's lights. When a private-passenger policyholder has selected full-glass coverage, repair or replacement of that damaged safety equipment is covered without a deductible under A.R.S. 20-264.
The statute does not expressly promise every related item or service. Do not assume that a panoramic roof, mirror, molding, rain sensor, camera recalibration, rental car or original-manufacturer windshield is automatically included on the same terms. Those details depend on the policy, endorsements, loss, vehicle and insurer authorization. Ask the carrier to identify what is covered and whether any deductible or customer balance applies. Arizona law also prohibits a glass facility from saying the entire job will cost the customer nothing unless that coverage has actually been verified.
