The short answer
No. The requirement depends on the exact vehicle and the manufacturer's current service procedure. Many newer vehicles have a forward camera mounted at or near the windshield, and replacement may change the camera's mounting relationship or optical path. Other vehicles have no affected windshield-mounted system, and procedures can differ by model year or option package.
The shop should identify the vehicle by VIN, confirm its installed equipment and consult current manufacturer information rather than guessing from appearance alone. Arizona law requires a glass facility servicing an ADAS-equipped vehicle to tell the customer whether recalibration is required. A missing dashboard warning is not a substitute for that research or for a required calibration. As one manufacturer-specific example, Honda tells owners of certain camera-equipped vehicles that proper camera calibration is necessary after windshield replacement. That supports a model-specific check; it is not a rule for every vehicle brand.
