The short answer
Camelback's homepage currently displays promotional offers connected with eligible windshield replacement, but amounts and terms can change. Do not rely on an older FAQ, advertisement or screenshot. Before authorizing work, request the current written offer and confirm the qualifying service, policy or coverage requirement, vehicle or customer restrictions, expiration date, payment method and timing, and whether offers may be combined.
Arizona law prohibits a glass seller or repairer from promising that the customer will owe nothing under an insurance policy until coverage has been verified by the insurer, its authorized producer or contracted administrator. A promotion is separate from that verification and does not turn an uncovered loss into covered work. The estimate should still disclose the real price, deductible, approved scope and any customer responsibility. Sweepstakes or drawings should also have separate official rules describing eligibility, entry period, prize and selection process. If the written terms and an advertisement conflict, pause and ask Camelback to clarify them before the job. The published FAQ should be reviewed every time a promotion changes or should retrieve current terms from one controlled source.
